2. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Sign-in details from Apple, Google, or email, including identifiers needed to create your account.
- Intake answers you choose to provide, such as age, typical daily cigarette range, how long you have smoked, and when you usually smoke.
App activity
- Craving logs, triggers, intensity, delay sessions, and outcomes.
- Cigarette logs and timestamps from observation and program days.
- Your personalized program, analysis, and smoke-free check-ins.
- A daily cigarette count you may confirm before analysis.
Purchases
- Subscription status and purchase receipts processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Device and analytics
- Device language, app events, and diagnostic data.
- Analytics through Firebase, Mixpanel, and Meta/Facebook SDK, which may use device identifiers and approximate usage data.
Optional permissions
If you grant them, the app may access camera, photo library, microphone, or location. These permissions are used only for the feature you are using (for example attaching a photo or personalizing an experience) and are not required to use Sigaven’s core logging features.
3. How we use information
- To run your 24-hour observation, analysis, and quit program.
- To generate a starting program with automated analysis tools. Observation summaries may be sent to our AI provider so we can produce your plan. This is not medical diagnosis.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To send notifications you enable, such as delay reminders.
- To understand product usage, fix bugs, and improve Sigaven.
- To comply with law and protect the service.
4. Sharing
We share information with:
- Apple and Google for sign-in and in-app purchases.
- Hosting, database, and API providers that process data on our behalf.
- OpenRouter or similar AI providers to generate analysis and program content from your observation data.
- Firebase, Mixpanel, and Meta for analytics and measurement.
- Authorities if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Health and wellness notice
Sigaven is a wellness and habit-support tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Logs and generated programs are based on information you enter and on a short observation window.
6. Retention
We keep account, log, and program data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. You may request deletion of your account from the app menu. Some records may remain for legal, security, or backup purposes for a limited period.
7. Children
Sigaven is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices
- You can stop logging, disable notifications in system settings, or delete your account.
- You can manage subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
- Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@venei.co.
9. International processing
We may process information on servers outside your country, including through the providers listed above. By using Sigaven, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of Sigaven after an update means you accept the revised policy.
