These Terms of Use govern your access to the Sigaven mobile app and website at sigaven.venei.co, operated by Venei. By creating an account or using Sigaven, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Sigaven helps you observe smoking habits, log cravings, and follow a gradual reduction program. Features may include a first-day observation, an automated analysis, a staged program, delay exercises, and smoke-free check-ins. We may change, pause, or discontinue features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sigaven. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, you are also responsible for those account terms.
3. Not medical advice
Sigaven is a wellness and habit-support product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency advice. Analysis and program suggestions are generated from your logs and are not a diagnosis or a guarantee that you will quit. If you have a health condition, take medication, or need clinical support, talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, use local emergency services.
4. Your account and content
- Keep your sign-in details secure.
- Logs, intake answers, and other information you enter must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You grant us a limited license to process that information to operate and improve Sigaven, including generating your analysis and program.
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Venei directly.
- Available plans may include monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may vary by country and currency.
- If an introductory offer or free trial is available, Apple or Google apply it automatically according to the offer configured in the store. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, the subscription renews and you are charged.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sigaven if you are under 18.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the app except as allowed by law.
- Upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Use the service in a way that could harm Venei, other users, or the infrastructure behind Sigaven.
7. Intellectual property
Sigaven, including its name, design, copy, and software, belongs to Venei or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own quit journey.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free analysis, or any particular health outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Venei disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Venei is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or personal injury arising from your use of Sigaven. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Sigaven in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us directly.
10. Termination
You may stop using Sigaven and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain in effect.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using Sigaven after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
